Instead of being a good girl and enjoying my birthday, I decided to get some art practice in

Using a lovely portrait tutorial by the talented

, thought I might give a face a go! I have to say I've improved from my earlier attempts at faces, but I have a long way to go.

I named her Leona out of frustration trying to find a name with the sound 'Ony' in it. I KNOW there is so much wrong with this, and she looks a bit old and ugly.... I promise I'll learn from it!

I love how you did the eyes the most it's very attractive. She doesn't look ugly but her facial features does look like if shes in her mid 20s. Overall the pic is great and so is the coloring~Awsome job on the pic :3

wow that's fabulous girl. I love the 3d look you gave to this pic. kinda 3D but we still have the cartoon feeling. yeah her face is pretty well done. you did a fantastic job on her skin. its very well colored. her nose is cute. her lips and her eyes are beautiful. and I like her short hair. hehe well you know I like girls with short hair. and this one was very well done. amaizng job sweet. keep it up ^^
